Site and access road erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan contained within the ESCGP. There was no observed evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation with the site or access road.
2219461 Primary Facility 2013-11-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 11/07/13 – Reviewed Department sample results and compared them with the operator supplied pre-drill and post drill sample results. Operator was contacted by the complainant and complainant’s water was sampled on 09/28/13 as part of the operator’s complaint investigation. Both the Department’s and the operator’s 09/28/13 sample results are below levels observed in the pre-drill sample results and as such the complaint cannot be conclusively related to oil & gas well development activities.
2263404 Primary Facility 2014-04-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Chevron has obtained a restoration extension for this permit. Site construction was completed at the time of the inspection. Site and access road erosion controls had been implemented and maintained as outlined in the E&S plan contained within the ESCGP. All fill sopes, cut slopes and topsoil stockpiles were stabilized with vegetation. There was no observed evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation with relation to the site or access road.
