Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2824072 Primary Facility 2019-01-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

On site for a new spud inspection. Met with Minichi drillers Keith Bowman and Ralph Dewald. Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and run the conductor pipe in the Dropp 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, 6H and Gremmel 3H wells. There were two rigs on site, one rig was drill and running the conductor pipe in the Gremmel 3H and was at a depth of 31'. The other rig was drilling the mouse hole on the Dropp 1H. The Dropp 1H was completed at 88'. The Dropp 3H was completed at 55'. There is one existing well on site, the 4H that is in production. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2849831 Primary Facility 2019-03-07 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted New spud inspection.

Based on my inspection conducted on 1/14/19, where the conductor pipe was run in the 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, 6H and Gremmel 3H wells. I met with Minichi driller Keith Bowman. There were no issues with the Dropp 3H and the conductor pipe was set at 55'.
