2477999 Primary Facility 2016-04-25 Routine/Complete Inspection Pending At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:45 p.m., the cellar was about half full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 730psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and notice a numerous number of stains on the site. I contacted Andy Mehalko of Cabot Oil and Gas to have the stains checked out and contact the department with their plans. I also let DEP WQS Scott Kuchta know about the stains on the ground.

I left the site at 13:40 p.m.
