Tanks being moved off location during insepction. Ryan Klemish (DEP-WQS) observed bubbling around well head during previous inspection. Confirmed minor bubbling around well head during this inspection. Was raining heavily during inspection, pooled water present around well head. Request Operator to report to DEP the cause of the leak and correct problem.
