At the time of the inspection, 5 wells were in production. Production tanks were in containment and in good condition. PCSM has been permitted but not yet implemented. I recommend implementing the restoration/PCSM plans as soon as the weather allows. No violations noted.

2825982 Primary Facility 2019-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 10, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at ARD Operating , LLC. COP Tract 728 Pad D. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

There are a total of 5 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 5 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.
