Stear A Unit 1H well (API 063-37308) in North Mahoning Twp., Indiana Co. Snow cover prevented proper evaluation of site stabilization. The pad appears to be restored and permanently stabilized. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A well tag is present at the well head. Site Id signs and necessary permits are posted at the site entrance. The production fluid tank is located within adequate secondary containment. There are no violations noted for this inspection. |
