1913704 2010-08-23 No Violations Noted On August 23rd, 2010 I visited this site in response to a water supply complaint. Drilling was completed 04/11/2007. The well was in production. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. Water samples 1550-009, 1550-010, and 1550-011 were collected from the spring serving the residence.
