The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events.

The associated well apparatus, brine tanks and production heaters appear to be in sound condition. During the inspection the Erosion and Sedimentation plan was on site and appears to be functioning properly. All BMP's were properly installed and maintained and the site was temporarily stabilized. The associated impoundment appears to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. No observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad area. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure site stability is maintained.
2131652 2013-01-15 No Violations Noted Inspection the result of a restoration extension received by the Department on 1/10/2013. At the time of inspection the site appeared to be in sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the permit area. The E & S plan was on site and appeared to properly implemented and maintained as outlined in the plan. The Department also notes that the site has sufficient vegetative grown established on the areas of earth disturbance to stabilize the site through the extension request period. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the stability of the site in maintained.
