At the time of the inspection, 7 producing wells (081-21259, 081-21260, 081-21261, 081-21263, 081-21264, 081-21265, and 081-21266) were located onsite.  The well site was in good condition and no E&S issues were observed.  The site has no active well permits that have not been drilled.

I entered the location at 14:58 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, 7 producing wells (081-21259, 081-21260, 081-21261, 081-21263, 081-21264, 081-21265, and 081-21266) were located onsite. The well site was in good condition and no E&S issues were observed. The site has no active well permits that have not been drilled.

ESX12-081-0101 expires on 7/21/2018. The wells onsite were drilled in 2013 and the well site has not been restored as depicted in the PCSM/Site Restoration plans. Anadarko’s most recent restoration timeline submission indicates well site restoration report and extension request will be submitted in 2016.

The Department considers a well site to be restored under Section 3216(c) of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act when the oil or gas owners or operators meet the following:

1. All permanent post construction stormwater control features as   the Post Construction Stormwater Management/Site Restoration Plan are in place.

2. Remaining impervio
