Pad A has a total of 6 Marcellus wells on it. Four of the six are producing. Wells 035-21220 and 035-21223 have been plugged and are represented with a monument. I recommend updating the well tags on each monument to reflect Alta's emergency response information. Each well tag has Anadarko's name and contact phone number on it (see photos).

Attached to each producing well head is a line from a 220 gallon tote of foam located on secondary containment. Each well is connected to its own production unit. There are 3 dehydration units onsite. In addition, there are (4) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks
