| 5/19//13 release occurred sometime between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.  Cabot was fracing the E Woods 6H Well at the time.  A problem occurred with the discharge pump on the blender.  Crews decided to use a bypass on the tub.  A problem occurred with a valve that isolated the tub.  A reported 180 bbl overflowed the blender tub.  It was reported that the fluid was freshwater with gel and biocide and potentially a gel breaker.  Most of the release was contained; however 2 bbl escaped both the primary and secondary containment on site.  Cabotï¾’s reports stated that the berms caught the fluid but Somerset Regional Water Resources flushed freshwater down the grassy area adjacent to the pad and dug a sump for collection.  Resource Environmental responded the following day and screened the area finding that there were no elevated conductivity readings and no hits above background on their PID. Violations associated with this inspection have been attached to the E Woods 6H Well (Permit #115-21012)
