| At approximately 12pm a call was received from Renee Watson stating that the well operator was on site and possibly dumping brine from the storage tank on site. At 6pm I was on site to attempt to collect samples of the possible brine. At the time of my inspection there was not enough fluid on the ground to collect a proper sample. I was able to test a cup size puddle of water on location with a High Range Quantab. The quantab's readings showed levels in excess of 1.031% or 6257 parts per million.

Nieset has agreed to plug the well and clean up the location. The landowners are not sure if they want to plug/produce the well, but were advised to continue to keep a dialogue with Nieset in order to bring this to a resolution. The landowner asked for a call back in a month to check the status but no activity is to take place until the well is properly registered or permitted.
