| No identification. No production equipment or production lines. Stan Holler (well owner) is bidding out the production line work and has not started on the project yet. Stan has asked if he could install the id at the same time as the production equipment and production lines. I called Stan and have requested a written time line for when the wells will be in production.

| Pit was solidified on 4-28-09. Pit still had 35 bbls of brine in it. Cement has not set up in pit. I stopped the pit closure until fluids could be extracted and taken to injection well. ALNA Energy water truck UIC -25-367 ( 740-621-1472) extracted 35 bbls and took it to Junction city injection well. Pit liner is compromised and leaking brine. Deer have excavated an area around the perimeter of the dike 40' by 4' by 6 deep.  High End Quantab of the pit water read 9 on the strip. 8.4 on strip is 6731 ppm cl. Exceeded the chart on the Quantab bottle. A Quantab of the seep read 3.6 on high end Quantab is 884 ppm cl.

| Well was shut-in which may explain the minor leaks.  Checked gas coming out of the wiper packer assembly at the top of the wellhead with the Honeywell PhD/PID.  Measured 1.6 meter reading units and the LEL level was exceeded and alarmed.  So it confirmed CH4 was coming out of the well.  Called Stanley Holler, owner of Tomstan Drilling.  He promised he would check on it this Thursday.  He notified me on Thursday that he corrected the problem and there are now no leaks.  I will check it before I go home.
