| Mohican River is purchasing lease and 20 wells were located. Three wells are listed on map with permit numbers. I walked eash well and GPS'd locations. 20 wells were found. I assigned 9000 numbers to the remaining wells and spotted them on 3-D Topo map. Wells will be transferred from Robert Donelson to Mohican River Energy Holdings when investigation of  permit numbers are completed. No wells are producing at this time.

| Requested by Cynthia Marshall, ODNR to verify status of the Donelson 3 well.  An inspection was previously entered for the Donelson 3 under permit 34-005-6-1867 based on plotted locations of the permit relative to field locations of wells.  This does not appear to be correct.  There is a Jones Jack on the well with a tag bearing the number 3 on it at this location.  The well is not currently capable of production.  Trees have overgrown the pump jack and the powerhouse has collapsed.  The engine in the powerhouse is inoperational and the shackle lines are deteriorated to the point that they would not be capable of operating the well.  The number 3 well is not plugged as indicated but is not producing.  The API was possibly used in the plugging of a different well.  These wells were drilled prior to the issuance of permits and APIs were assigned by the division at later dates.  Harold Moravy of ODNR also created APIs for wells on the property so they could be transferred to Mohican River Energy, which has been sold to Fawn Resources.  Mr. Donelson states that he sold all of his wells to Mohican River Energy and leased with them.  He is currently negotiating a lease with Fawn Resources.

1217520480 2008-07-31 Mohican River is purchasing lease and 20 wells were located.
1423151001 2015-02-05 Requested by the landowner, who is also the well owner to assist in verifying the status of permits so that he can get them transferred to Fawn Resources. The status of this well was changed to producing by Cynthia Marshall based on 12/10/14 inspection. Historical records contained in images on the ODNR server indicate that this well was drilled as a Clinton gas well. The well was plugged back to the Berea according to records because when the Clinton was being abandoned, oil was discovered at the Berea sand. The well was converted to a Berea well. See the file titled 'permit' in the images.
844663644 2014-12-10 Requested by Cynthia Marshall, ODNR to verify status of the Donelson 3 well.
