| At the time of inspection the site had been regraded, seeded and mulched from earth disturbance measures put forth by the Operator to remove contaminated soil from the brine and oil release on April 16 2012.  The Departments sample results the  from 5/9/2012 were clean and at the time the Operator hired a private firm to assist in the remediation of the site.  At this time the Department notes that the site has been regraded and seeded but does not meet the uniform vegetative coverage criteria. The Departments suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the vegetative criteria is reached.  The Department notes that Moody has supplied a report on the Operators behalf outlining all measures used to restore the site.
