| Drill rig located onsite, drilling was not ongoing at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill cuttings and fluids.  Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard.  All site and access road erosion controls had been implemented properly and there was no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation.  Noted that the access road would require routine maintenance prior to and after the removal of the drill rig and subsequently when well stimulation equipment is brought onsite.
