| In Compliance with Policy
 +
| An Administrative Review of this incident revealed:

 +
On February 17, 2014 at about 17:20 the Department received a notification about a spill at Rice's Mono site in North Bethlehem Township.  On February 18, 2014, I called Rice's Mike Lauderbaugh for additonal details.
 +
 +
According to Mr. Lauderbaugh, at about 16:30 on the 17th, a tanker was servicing the production tanks when a site glass was broken, resulting in the loss of about 50 barrels of production fluids.  Rice had vac trucks and earth-moving equipment on-site and they immediately leaned the fluids up and placed them into three roll-offs.
 +
 +
Review of the supplied information indicates that Range contacted the Department in timely fashion and arranged and performed an adequate remediation of the spill.  Range appears in compliance with the Departmentï¾’s current spill policy

2246095 2014-02-19 In Compliance with Policy An Administrative Review of this incident revealed:

On February 17, 2014 at about 17:20 the Department received a notification about a spill at Rice's Mono site in North Bethlehem Township. On February 18, 2014, I called Rice's Mike Lauderbaugh for additonal details.

Review of the supplied information indicates that Range contacted the Department in timely fashion and arranged and performed an adequate remediation of the spill. Range appears in compliance with the Departmentï¾’s current spill policy
