Spoke with operator representative Mike Gatsky about this and other concerns with the pit. Adequate freeboard still maintained with fluids in pit. No evidence of any leaks or discharge. Spoke with Mr. Gatsky about the restoration of the well nearing the 9 months. He indicated the restoration would begin the next few days.

Spoke with operator representative Mike Gatsky about the restoration of the well nearing the 9 months. He indicated the restoration would be finished in the next week or so, and that the surface owner has asked that the topsoil that was stock-piled above the site remain in place for his own use.

  • Site should be closely monitored to ensure a minimum 70% uniform, perennial vegetation is achieved, and final stabilization is complete.

Small amount of topsoil was stock-piled above the site by the request of the surface owner. Top soil seeded/mulched. No E&S issues found. No violations found.
