| This is a violation of 78.57, 691.402, and 6018.301

The R Vandermark 3H was shut in while Cabot Oil & Gas frac’ed the Bunnel 6H.  This was done as a precautionary measure in the event that there may be communication between the two wells.  Once the Bunnel frac job was finished, the R Vandermark was put back into production and it began to take on excess fluid in the production tanks.  It was reported that the production tanks did not overfill but the fluid was misting from the openings on the top of the tanks.  This fluid sprayed onto the well pad. The production tanks appeared stained.  An area on the well site appeared to have been disturbed (a portion of the surface of the well pad appeared to have been removed).  Sand bags and liner were situated in the area of the release.  It was reported that four (4) 30 yard dumpsters were filled half way with excavated material.  Resource Environmental sampled the site prior to the Department's inspection and they will handle the disposal.  The waste will be sent to Tunnel Hill.

The R Vandermark 3H was shut in while Cabot Oil & Gas fracï¾’ed the Bunnel 6H.
