-247163578 2013-08-20 I inspected this well in response to Complaint #4420. My inspection found the well operating with the aid of a pumping unit. The proper ID was posted at the wellhead and there was no sign of anything leaking. This well shares a common tank battery with PN#s 20952, 20951 & 24087. The tank battery is diked and contains a 2-210 barrel stock tanks, 2 horizontal separators, a vertical separator, and a brine vault. This well and #s 952 and 951 produce to the same tank. The proper ID is posted on the tank with all the associated wells listed. The site is clean and there is no indication of contamination or pollution. No violations.
