99351821 2014-08-23 I was on location for the cementing of the 8 5/8" surface casing. The hole was drilled to 400'. The casing was set to 382'. The landing joint was set to 362'. Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 175 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was released and displaced using 23 bbls of water. The plug landed and was pressured up on for five minutes. The amount of cement returns was 13 bbls. The location is in stable condition. The lease road is stoned back to where the tank battery will be located. The road from the end of the stone to the well site is approximately 200' and is in stable condition. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. The top soil is piled at the South side of the location. The cellar is constructed of a 4'6" plastic pipe. No violations found.
