898983793 2014-04-28 I was on location to follow up to NOV # -341828667 issued by Dave Claus on 8/12/2010. The compliance notices stated to dig up and remove the oil stained soil (10' x 8' area) around the wellhead. Fill in the I.D. sign at the pumping unit and at the tank battery. This work has not been doen at this time. Frank, the pumper, of Downtown Petroleum (330-705-9869) was on location to pump the well informed me that the well needs a new downhole pump and that a service rig should be coming in soon. I had him fill in the I.D. sign with the needed information and told him to clean up the oil spill in the dike around the wellhead as soon as possible. I informed him I would follow up in one week to confirm the work was done.
