-1663467566 2014-07-01 Inspected production well on 07/01/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks located within an earthen dike. A small accumulation of oil was noted on the ground next to the front tank. No visible identification is posted at the tank battery. Additional equipment and/or identification may be present, however the tank battery area is so overgrown that it is mostly inaccessible. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor that does not appear to be hooked-up. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The area around the well is very overgrown. Research into the production history of the well showed that no production has been filed since the well was drilled in 1982. The status of the owner is listed as "cancelled" in RBDMS. The well appears to be abandoned. More research will be needed. 9-9-05(A)10
