-1670884349 2013-09-16 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit and a domestic gas line. A wooden fence surrounded the well. The fence was missing wooden slats and the gate was off the hinge. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There were plugs on the load lines. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. The wooden fence surrounding the tank battery was missing a panel. There were no locks on the fences. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good condition. The well tender was on location. I told the well tender to install locks and repair the wooden fences at the tank battery and well.
