1378996575 2013-09-12 Compliance Action Follow-up 1380796314: There has been no resolution to any of the issues. I called Dave Crippen and left a message.
1380796314 2013-07-17 Upon inspection, I found that the nipple on the 100 bbl tank has a small leak. There are two separators in the dike and both have current charts. The wellhead has a pumpjack and the wellhead shows signs of either a leak in the wellhead or the stuffing box. There are diapers all around the base. Previous inspector's coordinates for this well were actually for the well 21620/Knox #3. I have corrected this issue. Dave Crippen said he will get out there to repair the stuffing box and clean up the mess. He also said he will work on repairing the tank nipple. Operator must repair or replace leaking parts and cleanup and remove the contamination around the wellhead. 9-9-05(A)1

1737778849 2011-12-09 This well is equipped with a large pumping unit which was operational at the time of my inspection. Well identification is illegible. Tank containment is in good condition. There is a current chart in the gas meter but it appears to be registering zero. DNR database records show both the Knox #3 and #2 to have the same GPS coordinates. I have taken/submitted new coordinates for this well.
