1889676 2010-06-04 No Violations Noted According to records, well was drilled on 9/10/1964 to depth of 3337 ft. and active permit since 6/5/64. Well tag present at well head. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 2¿ production line. Data logger showed 80/0 psi. Well was producing during the inspection. Subsurface valve was leaking gas. Valve was located near the well in a man way cover. Based on inspection and conversation with local logging company, in 2009, the area of approximately 3 acres surrounding the well was burned from a fire started from a mowing machine that was cutting the adjacent overhead power line.
