2853679 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 03/12/19 at approximately 0745 hours I met with Gene Barchetti of Chevron to discuss redline changes at the site.

The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. Chevron encountered a greater amount of topsoil than expected and requested red line approval for the expansion of two stockpiles and the creation of a third off the north end of the well pad. The proposed red lines were approved.
