The Act 9 sign was in place. All required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and all BMPs appeared to be in good condition. Seven wells had been drilled and were protected by barriers. These wells were appropriately labeled. No E&S issues were observed at the time of inspection.

The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and no signs of erosion were observed. At the time of inspection the GPUs were being installed. The original date for site restoration was to be August 4th, 2016. A two year extension has been granted. The new date for site restoration will be August 4th, 2018.

The disturbed areas were appropriately stabilized. The well site was well vegetated and no signs of erosion were observed. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
